1. Shipping Policy (for Physical Products)
Shipping Times
All physical products (if applicable) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items purchased. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international customers may be responsible for additional customs fees or taxes, which are not included in our shipping fees.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
2. Returns Policy (for Digital Products)
Digital Products (Planners, Journals, Stickers)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered via download, it is non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any issues accessing or downloading your product, contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
3. Returns Policy (for Physical Products)
Returns and Exchanges
If you purchase a physical product and are not satisfied with it, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation for physical products within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we will be unable to cancel it.
